Switchvox Platinum Subscription

The Switchvox Platinum User licenses allow your workforce to stay up-to-date with new releases. Switchvox Platinum Subscriptions offer (1) a user extension license, (2) Unlimited Email Support. Unlimited Business Hours* Phone Support, 5 free incidents of out-of-business hours Emergency Phone Support.

Switchvox Subscriptions include 2 things:

• - Technical Support: Your subscription level (Silver, Gold, Platinum) indicates the level of technical support service you will have access to.
• - User Extension License: Subscriptions at all levels (Silver, Gold, & Platinum) also make it possible for you to add extensions to your Switchvox. Therefore you will need a Subscription at the level of your choice for each user or extension on the system.

1. (1) USING DENOMINATIONS OF 1, 5, 25, OR 100 DETERMINE WHICH PACKS YOU NEED TO COVER ALL YOUR PHONE USERS.
2. (2) DETERMINE IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW LICENSE, A 1 YEAR RENEWAL, A 2 YEAR RENEWAL OR A 4 YEAR RENEWAL
3. (3) CHOOSE THE CORRECT DENOMINATIONS, QUANTITIES AND PACKAGES FROM THE DROP DOWN MENUS BELOW.
Remember, all Switchvox appliances ship with 10 Silver Subscriptions for 1 year. If you need Platinum licenses, please make sure you have upgraded from Silver to Platinum first.
