Business hour, hourly implementation support. This program provides the reseller access to a Spectralink remote project manager and subject matter expert on an hourly basis during Spectralink normal business hours. Installation must be scheduled with assigned project manager with minimum 1-week notice for subject matter expert availability. Must have partner and/or customer Spectralink certified technical resource and environment prequalification to qualify. Valid for up to 90 days from date of purchase. (Price per hour for project management and technical resources; 2 hour minimum)
