Supporting the most difficult in-room networking specifications is simple with the RUCKUS H550 Access Point, IoT Gateway, and Ethernet Switch. It all begins with RUCKUS' proprietary Wi-Fi optimization intelligence, which ensures the best wireless networking in the industry. Consolidate that with four Gigabit Ethernet ports to link several in-room wired devices without the need for additional cabling, and add support for Zigbee®, Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE), and other protocols with optional USB modules. Put it all in a low-profile, streamlined style that can be hidden behind a typical electrical socket. The H550 is ideal for providing converged facilities in hospitality and residential settings such as hotel rooms, student residence halls, houses, and other multi-dwelling units (MDUs). It will connect wired network devices like IPTV set-top boxes, IP phones, and networked minibars while also offering dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Zigbee®, and Bluetooth® Low Energy coverage (BLE). As a result, the H550 will accommodate a wide variety of IoT endpoints, reducing the need for standalone IoT networks and simplifying IoT solution implementation.
