The Ribbon Communications EdgeMarc 7301 Session Border Controller is constructed for medium to large-sized enterprises. The EdgeMarc 7301 scales basic on user needs and supports 2,000 concurrent calls and 8,000 endpoints at a data rate up to 1 Gbps. Like all Ribbon Communications EdgeMarc devices, the 7301 delivers several WAN ports to enable link redundancy and stateful SIP transfer, an in-depth security design that contains a SIP aware firewall containing a stateful packet inspection, and so much more. All EdgeMarc devices are controlled via the EdgeView Service Control Center. The EdgeView Service Control Center provides an in-depth overview of your VoIP Network, giving service providers the full capability to keep an eye on performance and resolve any issues that might occur in a timely manner thus reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.
