With this 20 minute service, we will remotely help you provision your new phone using your extension credentials so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself. Even if you have never set a phone up before, our technicians will make it easy for you to start calling again.
VoIP Supply Remote Phone Provisioning Overview
Remote Phone Provisioning is available for phones only, and does not include troubleshooting. User is responsible for providing accurate credentials. Remote Phone Provisioning will be scheduled within 4 hours of the request if purchased before 2pm EST. Remote Phone Provisioning is provided between 9am and 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, and is subject to VoIP Supply Assist Service level Agreements.
