The SN4740, like every other SmartNode, supports every industry-standard Codec for toll-quality speech on every call. Patton Cloud's Call Quality Assessment and Monitoring functions, along with E-Mail or SMS notification, ensure that Service Level Agreements are met with minimal effort at the customer's location. The advanced call-router features least-cost call routing as well as dialed-number plan flexibility. In the event that the IP network crashes, the SmartNode survivability suite offers SIP Trunk and PSTN fallback to ensure business continuity.
