For example power/utilities, water/wastewater treatment centers, oil/gas/mining areas, process control automation, security access control systems (ex: law enforcement, hospitality, etc.), and so on and so forth. The FP1008E Gigabit Ethernet Switch contains 8 RJ45 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports and two Gigabit SFP+ slots that is perfect for fiber trunk connections. To ensure that the Patton FP1008E/DC is protected in destructive areas it supplies added EFT and ESD protection that stops unregulated voltage or harmful transients from happening.
