This is an Enhanced One Year Warranty for the SmartNote OpenScape Business Appliance w/4 SIP Sessions/Upgradable and Trinity OS. Patton's Enhanced Warranty extends the standard Patton warranty at a very aggressive price and includes free Advance Replacements! An Enhanced Warranty is like having your own spare. A replacement unit is shipped by priority mail should your hardware experience a failure. In addition, Patton prepays the return shipping of the defective product.
