About Joe 

Hi I'm Joe Shanahan, Sr. Account Executive here at VoIP Supply. I am one of the longest tenured employees at the company and have been helping customers and developing lasting relationships since May of 2005.

During my time here I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and expertise in all things VoIP and the telecommunications industry in general. 

I get tremendous satisfaction in working with customers each day and knowing that by providing my assistance I am helping their businesses be more profitable by ensuring that they have the phone system and hardware that is the best fit for their individual needs.

Prior to coming to work at VoIP Supply I was an educator for 17 years and have been able to transition my teaching experience into my role as an Account Executive.

Interests include activities with one or all of my three children. I also enjoy following our local Buffalo sports teams, sing as the lead singer in a local rock and roll band, and biking outdoors in the warm weather.
