Designed to improve office management and emergency response, it includes a directional gooseneck microphone for high-definition audio and supports the Opus codec for clear communication.

With two integrated 3.5" side DSS consoles, users can set up to 96 DSS keys (32 physical, 64 virtual) plus 10 DSS keys on the main display, totaling 106 DSS keys for BLFs, speed dials, and group broadcasting. The X210i has integrated video capabilities for real-time viewing of IP cameras and can be paired with Fanvil SIP video door phones for two-way conversations and door unlocking. It also supports Wi-Fi via a dongle, integrated Bluetooth, and EHS headsets.
