- The In-Line Telephone Amplifier is compatible with any phone that has a dial in the base but is not compatible with trimline phones (where the dial is in the handset) or phones made by RCA or GE.
In-Line Telephone Amplifier XMT9A
It takes less than a minute to connect the In-Line Telephone Amplifier to almost any phone. Simply unplug the handset cord from the phone, insert the amplifier into that jack, and then plug the handset into the primary jack on the front of the amplifier.
The device features a mute toggle switch on top and a volume adjustment wheel, allowing you to easily control the call volume.
