FULFILLMENT PROVISIONING SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

This position includes product (VoIP phones and adapters) provisioning, testing, packaging and shipping in preparation for order fulfillment. Attention to detail and 100% complete accuracy are critical to success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all provisioning is done in a timely matter (Just In time versus Stock)
• Assist operational manager with daily requests (as needed)
• Updating of information in various company systems
• Manage any/all pertinent paperwork
• Meet service levels for all job functions
• Ability to cross-train on other roles within the company
• Track, log and navigate through all relevant company systems
• Understand profitability components
• Understand all of our programs and services
• Ability to multi-task, respond to rapid change; organize, prioritize, and perform work with occasional supervision
• Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic
• Participate in meetings to give and receive information several times a month
• Effective verbal, written and group communication skills
• Ability to give and receive information accurately
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees and customers in a professional manner
• Ability to remain flexible in regards to assigned duties
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comply with warehouse safety standards
• Safe operation of an forklift, electrical walk behind forklift, pallet jack and hand truck
• Comply with annual equipment refresher training programs
