    • Hi Bishesh,

All Fanvil products, including IP phones, are developed with SIP signaling protocol (RFC3261), this allows them to integrate with the vast majority of IPPBXs in the SIP industry, including Grandstream's UCMs, in fact, they also work with this same protocol. signaling.

Let us know if you have any additional questions!

    • Hi Hemant,

Currently, the NEC platform is on the list of Fanvil technological partners, meaning that there is approved compatibility with Fanvil.

All Fanvil devices are developed to work with SIP signaling protocol (RFC3261), also known as SIP 2.0.
So that would be the main condition for any third-party system to be able to integrate with them without problems.

It seems that the NEC platform works with this same signaling protocol, so there should be no problem integrating both solutions.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to voipexperts@voipsupply.com

      Thank you,

      Mary

    • Hi Danny,

Avaya is on the list of technological partners for Fanvil's products, so there should be no problems integrating our Intercoms into their platform.
Fanvil products only transmit video through the H264 codec, so on Avaya's side it must also support that protocol so that live video transmission can occur.

Let us know if you have additional questions,

      Mary

    • If the unify IPPBX is developed to work with the SIP signaling protocol (RFC3261), it would be able to integrate with the V64 phone without any problem.

Before performing integration tests using autoprovisioning between both solutions, it is recommended that the phone be configured manually and confirmed that it registers the SIP account associated with unify ippbx without any problems on the phone. If this works, then the next step is to perform the autoprovisioning tests.

I am going to email you some documentation. One of the documents is a comparison table of the configuration files in their three formats (NC, xml, txt) detailing the structure managed in each format, the other one is a configuration description corresponding to each parameter, with its respective value depending on the configuration that user need to customize on the phone and the other one is the autoprovision user manual.

    • Yes, Grandstream IP PBXs are generally compatible with Fanvil devices. Both Grandstream and Fanvil support SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), which is a widely used standard for VoIP communication. This allows seamless interoperability for features such as call handling, voicemail, and more.

To ensure full compatibility, it’s recommended to:

Check firmware versions on both the Grandstream IP PBX and Fanvil devices.
Follow the configuration guides provided by Grandstream and Fanvil to properly register devices.
Verify supported codecs and features like BLF (Busy Lamp Field), call forwarding, and conferencing if needed.

If you encounter any issues or have further questions, let us know!
