VoIP Supply’s Reclaim Program Triples Budget

VoIP Supply is pleased to announce that the 2011 operating budget for the Reclaim Equipment Buyback Program has been increased threefold to $3 million dollars.

A brief backstory — In December 2009, VoIP Supply announced the introduction of our equipment buyback program called Reclaim.  Customers were offered a channel to sell used or excess VoIP equipment to recoup some of their initial investment or to help offset the cost of their new technology purchases.

The simple five step process that equipment sellers have been following has become so successful that our Reclaim budget for acquisitions has now been tripled from $1 million to $3 million annually. The tremendous response and demand for this service, from our great customers, has been realized in just one calendar year.

Budgets are still tight

“Business spending is increasing as the economy continues to improve, but this spending is still very tight and budgets have little room to maneuver” stated Benjamin Sayers, CEO of VoIP Supply LLC. “Reclaim is a perfect vehicle for those with restricted budgets to recapitalize existing equipment assets in order to increase their overall budget available for new technology investments.”

The benefits of Reclaim’s streamlined sales process and fair market value for equipment will now be extended to an even larger customer base and, more often.

“New technologies such as HD (High Definition) voice can be a tough sell for companies that just purchased new handsets a year or two ago,’ stated Garrett Smith Chief Marketing Officer at VoIP Supply, LLC. “These companies certainly realize the value in utilizing new technologies like HD voice, but are faced with budgetary limitations. With Reclaim these companies can lessen the blow of upgrading to these new technologies by reclaiming some of their initial investment in their legacy equipment and putting it towards the cost of newer offerings.”

Recycle old equipment

With Reclaim sellers can rely on VoIP Supply’s extensive industry expertise to help their bottom line and the environment by properly recycling and putting to good use any unused legacy or excess VoIP equipment.
