This program separates participating organizations into five categories based on their number of employees. The competition is to review employees’ opinions on some of the best reasons to work for their employees, including downsides, advice to leadership, and how satisfied they are with their workplace overall. This year there were 81 companies nominated to be the finalists including Evan Bank, BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, and more.
“We are proud to learn that our employees enjoy what they do everyday and share the same values. It’s because of our employees that we are nominated to be a finalist,” said Paula Griffo, President & CFO of VoIP Supply. “This is a really great opportunity for us to learn what our employees think and how we can improve the workplace and daily operation in the future.”
A big thank you to Buffalo Business First and Quantum Workplace for hosting this meaningful program and giving us this opportunity to participate. We’d also like to thank all of our dedicated and amazing employees for their hard work and nomination!
