Need a fresh start on your i-Series door phone? It’s easy!
Before you start, you have to understand that restoring the factory settings will delete all configurations, database and configuration files on the device. After the reset, your device will be restored to factory default state. There’s no going back!
Alright, let’s get started:
Go to [System] >> [Configuration] >> [Reset Phone]
On the Reset Phone page, simply click the [Reset] button
Now your device will return to the factory default state

To reset configuration on Yealink’s WH66 headset base, all you have to do is to follow these simple steps below.
There are two versions:
For Microsoft Teams users: Tap user account avatar and go to Settings> Advanced Settings > Reset Configuration
For UC version users: Tap the gear icon and go to Advanced Settings > Reset Configuration
The screen will then prompt you whether to reset configuration or not.
Confirm the action
Now your WH66/WH67 base will reboot and all settings will return to their default values
