VoIP Supply sponsored Infotech WNY Shadow Program, providing an opportunity for technology-focused students to be exposed to real business experiences. Six WNY college students came to visit VoIP Supply’s office and warehouse in Amherst to learn and explore WNY IT career opportunities, and network with VoIP Supply staff.

During the Shadow Day, our Software Development Manager, Shawn Hess, and Senior VoIP Engineer, Marc Spehalski, gave the students an onsite tour featuring our company’s daily operation and explaining the career expectations in the IT business culture.

VoIP Supply Builds a Culture Of Giving Back

As the first Certified B Corporation (B Corp) in Western New York, VoIP Supply has been devoting their time and money to the local charities at least once a month including the ongoing $1.98 meal donation program: one meal cost donated to Buffalo City Mission with every order placed. (Thanks to our customers being part of our charity effort!)

Giving Back Is Part of VoIP Supply’s Mission

Unlike other technology companies, VoIP Supply invests its resources in the local community, redefining what it means to be a successful business. Aside from providing remarkable VoIP solutions and customer services, VoIP Supply also devotes themselves to bounding with the community and making a change in the society.

Putting Words Into Action

In October 2015, VoIP Supply posted employee pictures on Mix96 Facebook page, holding up signs of their “tata” names to support the Breast Cancer Awareness event for Susan G. Komen, who donated $1 per name.

In December 2015, VoIP Supply employees also donated 30 gift tags, total value $900, to the Giving Tree at the Eastern Hills Mall which was sponsored by the Family Help Center helping children in need.

Our charity work never ends and we have many more contributions planned for 2016!

Patton Releases New Products to Bridge Multiple Sites Together

To better address a variety of applications, Patton has recently released two new models: SmartNode 4170 PRI VoIP Gateway and SmartNode 5570 Enterprise Session Border Router – targeting enterprise businesses that are searching for cost-effective VoIP solutions to bridge PBX systems on multiple sites, or even to connect to a public Internet telephony service.

Comparing the SN1470 and the SN5570

Patton has a wide range of VoIP gateways/ routers to meet customer’s specific requirements.
