How to Troubleshoot Unsuccessful Jabra Talk Pairing

• After many repeated efforts with the normal troubleshooting suggestions provided, the microphone still does not work on my Jabra275 when using my Pixel 7 Pro android phone.

• I am having the same problem with my Jabra Elite 75t and my new Pixel 7 Pro. I cannot get them to pair, no matter what tricks I've tried.

  • Hi Gen, You will want to make sure you have the Jabra application (Jabra Sound+) installed on your Pixel Pro. From there you should be able to run a firmware update. This should help!

• After few hrs zabra elite 3 disconnects & even after blue tooth on/off, mobile restart also it
  doesn't connect , only after placing it to charger device & re connection it connects even though charge is 90% in head set

    Try doing a firmware update on your headset. Go here: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-evolve-75#/#7599-838-109 and go to the Firmware Updates tab, this will walk you through the steps of how to do the update.

  but still not connecting...
  I noticed when Searching to connect it used to blink fast red light but now it's blue light and won't connect

• My new Jabra 7 pro does not work with my iPhone with the mic. Ones it did work, but then they couldn’t hear me. Delivered Jabra to service in two weeks. Same problem. Why don’t Elkjop give me new? I bought Jabra 7 pro because my son is happy with his. I’m not happy

• I just bought the Jabra Elite 8 Active. I can get the green light in the case to turn on but the ear buds do not turn on. I have been charging them for over 3-hours.

• I have a Jabra Drive to which I have turned Bluetooth on and off. My phone (Moto g5plus) says it has paired with the Jabra, but when I call from another phone the Jabra does not answer, just the phone. Any more suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

    You could try a reset on the Jabra Drive: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-drive/100-49000001-02/faq/How-do-I-reset-my-Jabra-Drive If this doesn't work, I would suggest reaching out to Jabra's technical support team. This is a discontinued product, so it could also be that the software is too old to support your phone.
