What does it mean when there is 1 red flashing light immediately followed by 2 green flashing light?
It sounds like you might have a low battery but a call is coming in at the same time. Try charging the headset and this should help!
My headset isn't connecting. The USB piece just flashes blue once quickly when plugged in, then it doesnt flash anymore, and my headset doesn't connect. What happened? I charged the headset yesterday and it was fine.
Hi Marian,
I am going to have someone from Jabra Technical Support reach out to you directly. They will contact you soon!

I'm new.. how do I confirm if my headphones are charging?
Hi Toriola,
The LED Status light will be green, if it's yellow it means the battery is at medium charge, solid red means low and blinking red means critically low.
Thank you,
Mary
