A: You must create the extension first and then assign the extension in Zero config by clicking on the edit (“pencil icon”) and then drop down to the Account, you will see the extension there and this will associate with the IP address of the phone. Click on the “update icon” and this will send a NOTIFY to the phone to SIP register the phone.

Hi.
I wonder if Grandstream UCM's has any issues registering to 3CX PBX? no matter what i do, it wont register.
Any particular reason or something im missing here?
I can register GXP phones, but not the UCM's models at all.
Any help greatly appreciated.

You need to bridge both the UCM and 3CX through a VoIP Peer Trunk showed here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/bridging-asterisk-pbx/
