Does it support bluetooth headsets?
Is it POE?
Is rooting frowned upon by company?
Jay,
-- No support for Bluetooth headsets....yet. Bluetooth integration is coming with the next release of the Glass 1000.
-- No PoE -- standard power adapter.
-- Rooting? There is this quote on their website (http://cloudtc.com/technology/hardware), "We view ourselves as a software company. We produce phones as a delivery vehicle for our software." Not sure if it's frowned upon. Let me check.........
Jay,
Update: CloudTC is still weighing the pros/cons of rooting. I should have an official answer next week.
Thanks.
The official word is that CloudTC is okay with customer's rooting their Glass 1000. CloudTC may not be able to offer support if you encounter any issues.
