Algo Solutions, a SIP compliant endpoints provider for voice paging, customer assistance and entrance security, introduced their latest IP paging product, the Algo 8198 SIP PoE+ Ceiling Speaker!

The 8198 is a SIP compliant and multicast capable PoE+ network audio device for live voice paging, alerting, announcements and emergency notification.

Now customers can easily create a daisy chain of the Algo 8198 Speakers by combining multiple Algo 1198 Speakers. You can even control the 8198 web GUI through the Algo 8300 Supervision Controller if deployed!

Up to three 1198 satellite speakers can be connected to the 8198 using standard patch cables. Each 1198 Satellite Speaker attached is automatically detected by the 8198 IP Speaker and monitored for connectivity. This reduces required network ports and cable drops while maintaining all the benefits of IP paging!
