Troubleshooting: How to Pair a BlueParrott B250-XT VoIP Headset

My BlueParrott Headset Won’t Pair, What Can I Do?
Q: My BlueParrott B250-XT headsets are not connecting to phones. What should I do?
A: You can try different power supplies to make sure the issue is not from a bad charging cord. And then try the following steps to pair your BlueParrott headset with your phone:
- Turn your headset on and try pair it with your phone by holding the pairing button on the headset
- Once you hear “discovering”, enter the default password “0000”
- If the headset still won’t connect to your phone, contact technical support.

Ive had my b250-xts for over a year ! It pairs with my phone but wont connect to talk ! Whats the problem ? Im a trucker ! I need it
This is most likely a setting on your phone, you should check to see if you can make the headset the default. Is this headset even compatible with Samsung Galaxy A50? I’ve tried searching for it and even left it on, the headset will turn off and it still won’t find it. It connects to an iPhone immediately.

The BlueParrott B250-XT are compatible via Bluetooth, so make sure you have your Bluetooth setting turned on and pair the headset. Let us know if you need help with anything else!
