Algo 8189 PoE IP Surface Mount Speaker

The Algo 8189 PoE Wideband IP Surface Mount Speaker for Voice Paging & Notification Alerting is certified for native compatibility with Microsoft Teams via the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway. The 8189's slimmer design is better suited for indoor surface mount applications required for voice paging and emergency notification/alerting. The Algo 8189 speaker is a PoE SIP-compliant endpoint that does not require an additional amplifier. Common application environments include schools, hospitals, retail stores, and office spaces.

The Algo 8189 speaker has G.722 wideband capabilities and music capabilities using a full band codec. An integrated microphone allows for talkback capability and ambient noise detection for automatic level control.

The PoE 8189 SIP Surface Mount Speaker is identical to the 8188 SIP Ceiling Speaker, however, it is for indoor surface mount ceiling or wall applications required for voice paging, emergency alerting and playing music.
